The Sotoyome Resource Conservation District
(SRCD) has assembled this 2006 directory for
landowners, professionals, educators, organizations,
governmental agencies, and individuals interested in
natural resource management and stewardship.
In 1997, The SRCD compiled the first known
resource directory of agencies and organization
working in the Russian River Watershed. The
directory was an example of an emerging
Coordinated Resource Management and Planning
(CRMP) effort to encourage community-based
solutions for natural resource management. The
California Association of Resource Conservation
Districts is a lead sponsor of the CRMP approach |
